These Terms & Conditions govern all orders placed with Boston Doughnuts (also referred to as Boston Donuts or Boston Doughnuts). By placing an order through our website (bostondonuts.com.au) or by phone/email, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Availability

  • All online orders will be available next day unless otherwise confirmed by email or phone.
  • Orders placed after business hours will be prepared the next available business day and will be ready for collection within the first three (3) hours of opening.
  • While we aim to fulfil every order exactly as requested, on occasions where a selected doughnut is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with another doughnut at random.

2. Business Hours & Collection

  • Boston Doughnuts operates 7 days a week. Please note, weekend orders may be subject to delays.
  • Standard pickup hours are between 7:00am and 9:00pm at the designated pickup location.
  • Customers are responsible for collecting orders during these hours.
  • If an order is not collected by 10:00pm on the next business day, it will be considered disposed of. No refunds or replacements will be provided under this circumstance.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

  • If a doughnut is deemed faulty or defective, it must be presented in-store within 24 hours of purchase for substitution.
  • Faulty products will not be replaced remotely or via delivery—the original doughnut must be physically returned at a Boston Doughnuts store for a replacement.
  • Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • A 50% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders, regardless of timing.
  • Refunds are not provided for change-of-mind cancellations.
  • Refunds are not provided if an order is uncollected by the time specified in section 2.

5. Delivery & Address Accuracy

  • Where delivery services are offered, the customer is responsible for providing the correct address at checkout.
  • If the address provided is incorrect and results in a failed delivery, no refund or replacement will be issued.
  • Any re-delivery (if agreed to at our discretion) will be subject to additional delivery fees.

6. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all references of the business name, including Boston Donuts and Boston Doughnuts.
  • By placing an order, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Boston Doughnuts reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
